Playoff Victory
LL#1 took to the ice in their first play off match-up against LL#2. With a great deal of hard work and tremendous play-making the boys started the official post season with a 5-0 victory.
Leading the charge and winning the Hard Hart with another hat-trick performance was #7 Ethan L. At both ends of the ice he showed grit and hustle allowing his teammates to bask in the glory of a hard fought victory in the opening match of their playoff run.
In the defensive end, goalie Deklan J. was stellar, in kicking out many chances by LL#2 and posting his 6th shutout of the season.
The boys played a up-tempo brand of hockey, that allowed for several players to appear on the stat-sheet. Notching goals were #17 Carson F. and #15 Jesse F. Chipping in with assists were #10 Kohen P. and #4 Casey J.
The boys have decided not to shave during their playoff run, and with stubbled faces, look to keep their undefeated playoff streak intact as they take on LL#3 next Saturday!
