Applications are now closed for representative Head Coach applicants. Submit this form to be considered for a Coaching or Bench Staff position with the NHHA for the 2024-25 season. Representative assistant coaches and bench staff are welcome to apply at this time, as well as Initiaton and Local League coaches and bench staff. COACHING INFORMATION UPDATE

Please note that in a continued effort to improve our organization, the Coaching Development staff will be looking to work with coaches in developing a seasonal plan for the upcoming year at both the representative and local league levels.

Templates and support will be available to all coaches selected to their desired position.

POLICE CHECK - MUST accompany coaches application in order to be considered for any position applied for. If you do not have a current (in past 3 years) police check, do not complete this application until you have obtained one.

I understand that as a Coach or team volunteer, NHHA and OMHA require that I have a Valid Police Records Check (good for 3 years from issued date) on file with NHHA.

Police Record Check - Please see the Waterloo Regional Police Services website for instructions to obtain a police record check. This can then be scanned and attached to this application form.
