OMHA COVID-19 Vaccine Policy Announced
The OMHA announced that all participants (players and volunteers) born in 2009 or earlier must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 by no later than October 31, 2021.

All coaches, trainers, volunteers, and players are to email their COVID-19 Dose Administration Receipt or Medical Record to the NHHA Privacy Taker at [email protected] ASAP.

Failure to provide proof of vaccination by October 31, 2021 will prevent players and volunteers from entering the arena, playing on a team, or being rostered as a volunteer until documentation is provided.  Participants can apply to OMHA for special accommodation, details to be provided soon.

Anyone wishing to de-register may do so by emailing [email protected] by no later than October 1, 2021 to receive a full refund.  Refunds will not be provided after October 1, 2021.

For more details please refer to the OMHA article ( and OMHA Vaccination Policy (

Public Health and Wilmot Recreational Facility may have their own requirements and timeline for spectators (including parents and/or guardians) to be vaccinated to enter the facility.
