Away Game/Arena Requirements

Please note every arena will have different requirements for entry due to current restrictions.

Tavistock Arena requires a sheet filled out a few days prior to games with players name, parents names, and a cell phone number. We will fill in the rest when people check in and show proof of vaccination. It’s an Excel sheet.  AE & LL Coaches will get emailed the Excel sheet to be filled out 

St. Clements and Wellesley arena’s. All the contacts can share this with their entire group.  Everyone is required to screen in before entering the facility.  They can do this in advance of their rental as long it is done the same day.  Attached find the return to play document updated yesterday as well.  15 minute entry prior to ice time.
