Rep Fees
Submitted By Emil Marion on Tuesday, September 13, 2011
This season NHMHA Rep (excluding Juvenille) and AE teams will be playing in the Tri County League.   As the REP and AE tryouts are underway, NHHA wishes to inform all players and families that gate fees will no longer be charged for Exhibition or Regular season games now that we are in the new League.  The Tri County policy is that there are no gate fees charged for games.  Until this season, gate fees were charged to help offset game costs and were part of our budget.  Now that we are unable to charge these fees, NHHA has implemented a $100 increase in our REP(excluding Juvenille) and AE fees to offset part of the game costs.

As a result, Bantam and Midget fees will now be $275 (formerly $175) and Novice, Atom and PeeWee will now be $250 (formerly $150).  With the regular season, it is expected that if one parent attends all games, not paying for the gate fee will offset the additional Rep/AE fee.   For families having more attendance, the net result will be a saving in costs to the families.   Please note however that there will be gate fees charged during OMHA playoffs.  This is normal and again helps to offset game costs. Also please be aware that gate fees will still be charged for all Local League games.Team coaches are aware of this and will ensure that all families are aware of this change for this season.
