U8/U9 MD Spring Evaluation & Development Stakes

We are thrilled to announce the NHHA will be running spring evaluations (formerly known as tryouts) for our U8/U9MD programming for the upcoming 2025/2026 season (Local league evaluations will remain in the fall). This change is being made to align with other A level NHHA groups and to try and eliminate some chaos that often occurs in the fall when school starts.
All ice times will be held at the Columbia Ice Fields at University of Waterloo (220 Columbia St W, Waterloo)
DEVELOPMENT SKATES:
- Friday May 9 - 5pm-8pm
- Saturday May 10 - 9am-12pm
- Sunday May 11 - 9am-12pm
EVALUATION DATES:
- Tuesday May 13 - 6pm-9pm
- Wednesday May 14 - 6pm-9pm
- Friday May 16 - 5pm-7pm
- Saturday May 17 - 9am-12pm
The cost for these evaluations will be the same as other NHHA pre-skates and tryouts and are non-refundable:
- $90 for 3 prep-skates
- $85 for a minimum of 3 evaluations
