Novice LL #4 Jumpstarts Their Season
The Rudy Held Novice LL team bounced back from their first loss with a decisive 4-0 win.
In their first game goalie Jordan Hopkins stood on his head to keep it to a one goal game. Strong defensive play by William Austin, Colin Mcbride, Josh James and Nicholas Walsh also helped keep it close. Cody Cowell notched his first of the season on a breakaway in the 2-1 loss.
In the second game Thomas Klassen opened the scoring going bar down on a nice feed from Nolan Knezevic and Ben Alles. Next tally on the board went to Adam Roth, with the lone assist going to Owen Scott. The huskies never stopped, scoring two more goals, going to Knezevic and Cowell. Assisting on one goal was Austin Lee Barker. Also with strong offensive play were Kalan Spielmacher and Brenden Larocque.
