Huskies down Brampton to End Regular Season
The New Hamburg Minor Peewee A Huskies
concluded the regular season with a convincing win on the road against the
Brampton 45s.
Tyler Clement provided the shutout as the
Huskies blanked Brampton 4-0. Hunter Mitchell doubled up on the score sheet
with singles going to Joey Gibson (short-handed) and Cody Cowell.
Short a few players, the Huskies' defense kept
prime scoring chances for Brampton to a minimum and served up some solid outlet
passes for the forwards.
The win gives the Huskies a 12-11-5 summary
on the season as the team awaits bracketing for the playoffs.
