Huskies Win Big!
Your Oak Grove Cheese Huskies saw their first game action of the season after a few intense practices that focused on skating, skating, skating! Although practice is a great time to work on those c-cuts, live game action is where you put those skills to the test and boy did they ever!
The boys came out flying and delivered with an awesome display of offense as many goals would have been candidates for SportsCentre. As the coaches watched in disbelief their jaws dropped as your Huskies were passing D to D in the offensive zone and setting up one timers in the slot! Although the scoreboard may indicate otherwise the goalie duo of Price and Mason ...err I mean Reilly C. and Hayden J. were solid between the pipes. Tickets for this seasons games are going fast so stop by WRC on Saturdays for some awesome hockey! A special congrats goes out to Ethan G for his first goal in Atom, a pretty backhand 5 hole!
