Tributes and Troubles in Tavi
We visited Tavistock for a special Remembrance Day Game complete with an Anthem singing and moment of silence but it was mostly downhill from there as we dropped a game we should have been in a closer battle for.
Quite simply, we lost most all the puck battles we got into with the the unbeaten Titans. Their guys and girls seemed to be a little tougher on the puck and were in possession of the disk too much in our opinion. We did have some great chances when we shared the puck and solid tending kept us within reach. Kudos to our boys also for staying with the plan and fighting back to make a game out of what could have been a real disappointment. Even to the last minute with our goalie pulled, we nearly perfectly executed a comeback play, so we definitely give the entire team credit for their efforts.
