2024/25 Jr Firebirds - Season Outline
Hi All,
I wanted to just quickly post about our season plan (tournaments, practice time, camp preparation, etc) before camp starts in September. First off, Training Camp will begin after Labour Day. Stay tuned to the website, as the dates will get posted at some point in July/August.
Our Tournaments for this season are...
- Irish South Bend AA Cup (South Bend, USA) - October 4-6
- Waterloo Memorial AA Tournament (Waterloo, ON) - November 15-17
- Georgina Regional A Silverstick (Georgina, ON) - December 5-8
I want to post about our tournaments to ensure that all players will have a passport ready to go for the October 4-6 Weekend. The Irish South Bend Cup is in the USA. South Bend is the home of the University of Notre Dame. Our plan is to tour some of the facilities at Notre Dame, and be able to have some early season team bonding in the USA.
We will go over all of these details in-person, at our Pre-Camp Meeting. We will provide all players and parents with the date, time, and location of the meeting when it gets closer to Training Camp. We expect that all players and at least one parents attend the meeting. During this meeting we will outline...
