I understand that registration is not confirmed until ALL of the following have been received:
  1. Registration form submitted.
  2. Tournament fee $1550 (U11, U13, U15) or $1650 (U18) paid via e-transfer.  Deposit of $150 due at registration, balance due by October 7, 2024.  PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR TEAM NAME WITH YOUR E-TRANSFER. Payment should be submitted vie e-transfer to [email protected]
  3. Official Travel Permit submitted via email to [email protected] by December 6, 2024
  4. Official Team Roster submitted via email to  [email protected] by December 6, 2024

COVID cancellation policy: If a team must cancel due to COVID reasons, (either not allowed to travel due to health restrictions from the government or if team must quarantine due to positive case) the team must notify NHHA immediately and will be refunded 100%

Non-COVID cancellation policy: 90% refund except within 30 days of start
