COACHING INTERVIEWS

The Coach Committee will review all applications. Some candidates may be requested to attend an interview.

Please note that in an effort to secure the best available coaches, the Coach Committee requests candidates to develop and complete a seasonal plan for the upcoming year to be presented during an interview. 

Seasonal plan templates will be provided to perspective candidates via email by the Coach Committee.

By completing and submitting this Application Form, I hereby acknowledge and agree as follows:

CREDENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
I agree that I will upgrade my credentials as requested by NHHA or my application will not be considered.  If selected I will attend all coaches meetings and comply with all coaching requirements as outlined in the Constitution and By-laws of the NHHA and the Ontario Minor Hockey Association (OMHA).

BENCH STAFF REQUIREMENTS

At least one (1) member of my bench staff MUST be a certified Trainer.

All proposed bench staff must also complete and submit their own application referencing my application.

FURTHER CERTIFICATIONS

I, and/or members of my bench staff, may be required to attend coaching clinics and obtain further certifications depending on the nature of my and/or their position

CERTIFICATIONS & AUTHORIZATIONS

I understand that completing and submitting this Application does not ultimately guarantee me a coaching position with the New Hamburg Hockey Associations. I also understand that completing and submitting this Application, does not guarantee me an interview for the position.
