Huskies Tie Burlington
Another solid effort from the New Hamburg
Minor Peewee A Huskies resulted in a come-from-behind 2-2 tie on the road
against the Burlington Eagles.
Down 2-0 to the Eagles after two periods, Evan Green roofed a shot from the slot off a pass from Colton Porchak to put the Huskies within one in the third. Minutes later, Porchak tucked a backhander past the Eagles goalie off a feed from Sam Thorne to tie the game at 2. John Gervais made some key saves to keep the game within reach, and the Huskies' penalty kill was once again solid when called upon. The Huskies' next game is against the Milton Winterhawks at home on Tuesday.
