Novice LL3, U9, 2018-2019 (New Hamburg Hockey Association)

The Novice Team 3 - New Hamburg Lanes Huskies completed the Tournament "Hat Trick" by winning their 3rd tournament of the season in Grand Valley on March 2nd.

Novice Team 3 travelled to Embro on Saturday February the 9th for their "Hockey Day in Canada" Tournament. Our first game against Lucan proved to be an extremely tough task as our Novice Huskies found ourselves down 3-1 late in the game.  The team dug deep and scored 2 goals late to tie it up and bring the game to a shootout.  Our Huskies came out on top with 2 goals for and none against for the crucial win.  MVP honors went to Aren McBeth.

On December the 9th, the NH Huskies team 3 travel to Toronto to play a league game vs. the NH Huskies team 1 at the Coca Cola Center.  Great enthusiasm and effort was shown by all.  Our boys showed alot of heart with an exciting come from behind effort, resulting in a 5-5 tie.  The team then jumped on the coach bus to enjoy a fun lunch at the Rec Room, featuring many of the latest video games and prizes.  Finally, to end the day, the team headed back to the rink to watch the Marlies beat Bellville in OT to cap off a great day for our team.
