Player Development, 2023-2024 (New Hamburg Hockey Association)

As part of our continued effort to provide the best development training possible for our players we are pleased to announce the following open development sessions with Prolific Hockey. Sessions will be limited to 20 players and will be filled on a first come first served basis. These sessions are open to all level of players and will focus on skating, edge work, shooting and puck handling as well as compete and puck battle drills. U8 & U9 Local League Development Clinics NHHA will be running season long development clinics with Prolific Hockey for our U8 and U9 Local League players, Fridays @ 4pm in St Clements.  There will be two streams each one including 7 ice times. Players are free to sign up for either one or both.  These sessions will be geared towards players playing at the local league level and will focus on improving skating and basic hockey skills. The cost will be $140.00 for the season long session. Register HERE

Come out and work on your skating and skills with the pros from Prolific Hockey! NHHA will be running our first open development clinic with Prolific Hockey, Sunday September 17th from 7am to 9pm at the Wilmot Rec Center. This session will be open to all players of all skill levels. The 7am session will be for the U8 and U9 players and the 8am session will be for U9 & U10 players. The cost is $20.00 per player for a one hour session and space is limited to 20 players per hour. The instructor ratio will be 1:7max. Click Here to Register

Welcome to the NHHA Player Development Webpage! This year the NHHA executive is excited to announce that we have teamed up with Snipe Academy in Cambridge and Prolific Hockey to provide additional support and skills training to Huskies Players of all levels. Through the course of the season we will be offering additional skills clinics when we have available ice time as well as teams will be able to use our partners during there regular practice times when they are able to. Please keep an eye out for upcoming clinics and development opportunities.
