Congratulations to the New Hamburg Jr Firebirds on capturing the Georgina Regional Silverstick Championship this weekend.
A phenomenal weekend for your New Hamburg Jr Firebirds, as they captured their 3rd Straight Georgina Regional Silverstick Championship, and booked their ticket to International Silverstick in Sarnia on January 17-19.
The team went 2-1-1 in the round robin. They ended up defeating the Markham Waxers 5-0 in the Semi-Finals, and the Clarington Toros 5-0 in the Finals, on route to completing the 3-peat and keeping the streak alive in Georgina.
