I understand that registration is not confirmed until ALL of the following have been received:
- Registration form submitted.
- Tournament fee $690.00 paid via electronic funds transfer. Payment details will be sent after your registration request is received.
- Official Travel Permit submitted via email to [email protected] by March 14, 2025
- Official Team Roster submitted via email to [email protected] by March 14, 2025
COVID cancellation policy: If a team must cancel due to COVID reasons, (either not allowed to travel due to health restrictions from the government or if team must quarantine due to positive case) the team must notify NHHA immediately and will be refunded 100%
Non-COVID cancellation policy: 100% refund for cancellations 1 month or more before start date. 80% for cancellation within 30 days of tournament start.
