Flood's Plumbing Husky's won three straight games on Sunday to win the New Hamburg Optimist Tournament. The boys defeated Ingersoll 4-0 in their first game, in their second game they shut-out Walkerton #1 2-0 and in their third game they finished off Walkerton#3 with a 6-4 score.
Congratulations to all of the boys for their hard work, determination, skillful play and team work, in providing a great finish to the hockey season.

For their first game of the tournament the Huskies faced off against Goderich. It was Blake Z. who was on the charge early and put the team out front with a 2-1 lead. Then in the third Trent came through with a pass from behind the net that hit Luke's stick who throttled the puck into the back of the net. Joel E. added a fourth goal late in the third period to give the Huskies a 4-2 victory.
