The New Hamburg U13A Huskies won the Regional Silver Stick in Pelham.
The Huskies went 2-1 in group play winning against the Tillsonburg Tornadoes and Pelham Panthers and fell short to the Glancaster Bombers. The Huskies then defeated the Welland Tigers in the semi- finals and met the Glancaster Bombers again in the finals and won 2-1.
The Huskies will now participate in the North American Silver Stick Finals in Sarnia on January 14th – 16th.

The Jr. Firebirds continued their Tournament success this weekend at the Milton Invitational Showdown Tournament.
Friday games were an up and down start as a dominant win over Milton 7-3 put the boys riding high until they met Centre Wellington who humbled them with their first loss of the season in a 2-0 score.
