Mark your calendars - The Champions are coming April 18 – 20, 2025!

Join us at the Rec centre on Sunday January 26 as New Hamburg plays host to Dorchester.  Kids are free!  First the U18 Jr. Firebirds will take on the Dorchester Dragons at 1:20 followed by your 1st place New Hamburg Firebirds facing off against 5th place Dorchester Dolphins at 3:30.  Come out to support all your New Hamburg favourites including 10 former Huskies who now play for the Firebirds: Matt Domm, Owen Bruder, Jack MacDonald, Jordan Jacobs, Aydan Burns, Ayden Norley, Deklan Jermol, Josh Soulliere, Keegan Metcalf, Cohen Van Zuilen – what a great accomplishment from our Huskies ...

NHHA is now accepting Head Coach applications for Rep A and B teams for the 2025/2026 season.  If you are interested in being a Head Coach for the New Hamburg Huskies, review and complete the application form by February 8

After winning their Aylmer Qualifying Tournament in November, U15 Local League Team 2 attended the International Silver Stick Tournament this past week-end in Pelham.  They competed in a group of 13 teams from different parts of Ontario and the United States.  It took a frantic comeback, down 4-2 with 4 minutes left in round-robin game 2, but the Huskies finished the tournament undefeated, and ended up winning the final game 5-1 against a top seeded Clearview team.Congratulations to all of the players, coaches and families, on a well deserved International Silver Stick Championship!
