PeeWee LL3, U13, 2014-2015 (New Hamburg Hockey Association)

The LL3 Huskies ended their season with a spectacular win over The Embro Edge in front of a capacity crowd in New Hamburg last night. The Boys were the A final winners, capping a great playoff run that saw them defeat two very strong Embro teams.

The New Hamburg Huskies travelled to Beverly to take on their arch-rivals the Bandits in the third game of their playoffs. The Huskies had something to prove after a great overtime win against the Embro Edge that was called back as a tie. Both teams came out of the gate flying with end to end action and several great chances for both teams.

The LL3 Huskies got off to a great start in their playoffs yesterday when they hosted Embro Edge 2 in their first game of round robin play. Both teams came out strong with good chances for both teams.

The Huskies travelled to Paris last night to take on the Wolf Pack. Many team records were shattered last night and this reporter frankly struggled to keep up! Apologies in advance if there are any errors in this report. Unfortunately the first record to fall was the time it took for the other team to score. Paris rushed off the opening face off and opened the scoring six seconds in. Thankfully, Joey answered right back with a beautiful move to slide the puck just past the Paris netminder. The New Hamburg Huskies LL3 Team got off to a great start in the New Year in their first game against Woolwich LL1. The first period started off with some great end to end action. The Huskies took a penalty part way through the third and Kai made some great saves to keep the score sheet blank. Unfortunately Woolwich sustained the pressure and were able to put one past the net minder six minutes in.
